About Us
What exactly do you do?
We provide done‑for‑you execution for DTC businesses on Shopify. That includes customer service inbox management, memberships/wine clubs, email/SMS marketing, communication calendars, website improvements and analysis, e‑commerce support, shipping/logistics coordination, and brand guidelines/high‑touch execution. If it helps your business run, look better, or convert better — we probably do it.
What don’t you do?
No paid ads, no influencer management, no social engagement (commenting/DM games), no vanity metrics, no “set it and forget it” relationships where decisions/approvals vanish. No overcomplication. Ever.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is our home base. If you’re on Shopify (or migrating to it), we’re a fit. If you’re not on Shopify, ask anyway and we’ll point you to the right help.
Are you an agency?
No. We’re the behind‑the‑scenes muscle — sleeves‑rolled operators who get the work done.
